Today is my fifth wedding anniversary. Five years ago today I watched the amazing Laura walk down the aisle towards me, and I felt my heart tremble. That evening I partied so hard my feet hurt, caught up in the joy of my life made that bit more complete, and of having my friends and family around me.
The fact that Nick and Si were covertly taking pictures of guests in fezes was icing on the wedding cake.
I know this has nothing to do with my usual blog content, and that Laura never reads my blog anyway. But still, I wanted to say – Laura, I love you, and I always will. Each day is more beautiful for having you in it.
