Things might get a bit disrupted around here over the next few months. I’m moving house for the third time in eighteen months, and hopefully the last time for a good few years. I’m buying this time, which means spending time and mental energy on legalities as well as packing, unpacking, and all the physical hassles of a move. And of course, the biggest stress of any modern house move – how quickly will my internet provider sort out the new place?
Seriously, as someone who works through the internet, watches TV through the internet, even gets his music on a streaming service, a day without a connection is a blinking awkward day.
Hopefully I’ll get far enough ahead in the quiet patches that things will keep going smoothly here. But just in case, you have been warned.
